This policy applies to all products and websites operated by hezien, China ("we", "us"), including the products listed below. General terms apply to all products; product-specific sections describe how each product handles data.
This website is a static site hosted on Cloudflare Pages. We do not use analytics, cookies or tracking on it. Our hosting provider may process standard technical data (such as IP addresses) to deliver and secure the site.
Paid products are sold through Creem (creem.io) as Merchant of Record. We do not receive your full card details. Creem's privacy policy applies to payment data.
We do not sell or share personal data, except with the service providers named in this policy or as required by law.
Our products are not directed at children under 13.
We may update this policy, including adding sections for new products, and will post the new version on this page.
The extension reads the conversation content on chatgpt.com, claude.ai and gemini.google.com only when you click Export, to generate Markdown locally in your browser. This content is never transmitted to us or any third party.
In your browser (chrome.storage): your license key, license status, a random device identifier and a daily export counter. The extension does not use analytics, cookies or tracking.
When you activate a license, and about once every 24 hours afterwards, the extension sends your license key and a random device identifier (generated by the extension, not linked to your identity) to our license verification server hosted on Cloudflare Workers, which checks it with Creem. No conversation content is sent.
